44% of Missourians approve of the job Sen. Jim Talent is doing, his lowest rating in five months, according to a new monthly tracking poll by SurveyUSA.
50% disapprove of the job the junior Senator is doing. The poll surveyed 600 adults between October 12-15th and has a margin of error of +/- 4%.
Talent wins males, but females disapprove 52%-41%. Talent's best numbers are young voters, those between the ages of 18-34. Independents are split over whether to give him the nod, 48%-48%. 62% of pro-life voters approve of Talent. 50% approve of Talent in the Ozarks and 52% approve in Central Missouri. The two top cities disapprove of Talent by more than 50%.
