Sarah Palin's father, Chuck Heath, blasted the east coast media in a brief interview with Ky3 News Wednesday.
Palin did not address the media and her handlers warned against attempting to ask her any questions.

"The liberal media back east, they raise hell with her. She's tough. It hurts us when they hit the kids, but when you're a politician, that comes with the territory," Heath said.
Palin's mother, Sally Heath, called the visit to Springfield "refreshing and encouraging."
