Interesting piece on National Public Radio Wednesday morning about Sen. Barack Obama's union problem.
The upshot: Obama isn't necessarily talking the talk among blue-collar and labor union constituencies, stalwarts of the Democratic party. While he's talking about changing the country, Sen. Hillary Clinton is getting their attention by talking about the challenges of everyday life. The real issue is Michigan, where Obama isn't afraid to talk about changing the nature of the oil-based car industry in front of auto workers.
