What happens if Mike Huckabee ends up winning the Iowa caucuses?
Could this latest poll actually be correct?
A day after a New York Times-CBS poll showed Mike Huckabee closing within 6 points of Hawkeye frontrunner Mitt Romney, an American Research Group poll shows the former Arkansas Governor moving even closer.
Mitt Romney 26%
Mike Huckabee 24%
Rudy Giuliani and Fred Thompson both check in at 11%.
The Iowa caucuses are historically hard to poll, but it's hard to argue that Huckabee isn't trending upwards . . .
(I betcha Rudy is rootin' for him.)
Still, a KCCI-TV poll out of Des Moines shows Romney with a larger lead over Huck. 27%-18%, with Giuliani in a strong third place position at 16%.
