Democratic Lieutenant Governor candidate Sam Page will be in Springfield Tuesday speaking at the Senior Democrat's picnic.
He'll be speaking at Memorial Park in Springfield at 5 p.m. on the issue of veterans needs.
Page, a Creve Coeur state representative and medical doctor, will discuss the seriousness of Traumatic Brain Injury, a condition affecting more than 320,000 veterans returning from Afghanistan and Iraq. The condition is often misdiagnosed as PTSD and mistreated, according to the Page campaign.
Page is expected to face Lieutenant Governor Peter Kinder this November.
