Chris Dodd said he knows why President Bush thinks Hillary Clinton will be the Democratic nominee. Russert calls him on it, asking what he meant by that. Dodd won't take the bait.
Russert then turns to Hillary, asking if she failed on healthcare the first time, why should voters think she has the judgement to handle it this time?
She says she intends to be "The Health Care President."
