Zing from Biden . . .
Joe Biden says in order to get healthcare passed, you need to get 15% of the Republican votes.
He said Hillary will have a hard time doing so. Not that it's her fault. But because of the Bush-Clinton-Bush-Clinton polarization, it would be tough.
There's a cutaway of Hillary glaring at Biden while he makes this indictment. "A lot of the old stuff comes back . . . I'm talking about policy."
He means, not the sex scandals. He's staying away from that.
This is a tight-rope for Biden. He's probably looking to be Secretary of State if Hillary is the nominee. But this was a telling shot at Hillary's electability. He's making the case that it will be tough for her to break the polarization. Biden is almost making Obama's argument for him.
Because we know Obama won't make it . . . at least yet.
