Former Missouri Senator Jim Talent made one of Washington's gossip columns. The Examiner spied Talent and a companion talking about their faith over hot wings and salad inside the Beltway. The column carried the subheading, "Jim Talent: Praying for a comeback?"
The more interesting takes in the column were from Dick Morris who spoke at a breakfast sponsored by the American Spectator. Among the blurbs: Hillary Clinton will be the next president and be the worst...ever. He also predicts Republicans will get slaughtered in 2008, bounce back two years later, then win their last presidency...ever.. in 2012. Read the column to find out why.
