Governor Matt Blunt finished a two-day statewide tour touting his low-income healthcare plan in Springfield Friday, promoting "Mo.HealthNet" to some of the very people cut from the Medicaid rolls two years ago.

Governor Blunt said at least 10,000 Missourians will be covered by HealthNet, but he remained murky on the total number of people his plan would cover. Democrats seized on the 10,000 number and noted that they have yet to see eligibility standards outlined.
