A constitutional amendment to protect various forms of stem cell research is on its way to passage, according to a new SurveyUSA poll.
57% of those polled said they "are certain to vote yes" on Amendment 2.
27% of those polled said they "are certain to vote no" on Amendment 2.
16% are not certain.
The initiative passes in all regions, including the Ozarks, where voters favor it 43%-38%, with 19% undecided.
The poll was taken between Oct. 9th and Oct 11th of 497 likely voters with a margin of error of +/- 4%.
