Obama Won't Make Promise on Troops

Tim Russert begins the debate questioning Obama: How do you end the war in January 2009?

Of course, Obama notes, he "had the judgement" to oppose the war before it started. He won't promise all troops will be out one year after he's in office. He says he wants the troops out by 2013, but doesn't want to make any firm promises.
