Edwards Makes His Move

John Edwards says he'll immediately draw down around 40-thousand troops out of Iraq.

But he's ready to play ball. He takes issue with Hillary about continuing combat operations in Iraq. He does not favor that.

Hillary wants to clarify. She says counter-terrorism in Iraq could require combat operations, but doesn't want troops used for other reasons.
