State of the State

First the union, now the state.

Governor Matt Blunt will deliver his State of the State address tonight at 7:02 p.m.

Attorney General Jay Nixon rebuts.

Look for much of the speech to focus on new money for education, an overhaul of Medicaid (to be called MissouriHealthnet), and Governor Blunt's specific plan to cut some type of taxes.
