White supremacist won't be on ballot

A federal court turned down a request by Glen Miller, noted white supremacist from Aurora, to make Secretary of State Robin Carnahan put him on the ballot as a Democrat.

Democrats, Republicans and Libertarians alike turned down Miller's offer to run for Congress in the 7th Congressional District. Miller tried to argue state election law does not require a filing fee be accepted by a political party.
