Obama, Hillary Dance Around Sanctuary Cities

Russert asks Obama whether he'd allow sanctuary cities for illegal immigrants. He sidesteps and says he'll pass comprehensive immigration reform.

Hillary also dances around for awhile. She finally says there's no way to stop sanctuary cities.
