Dodd: All Troops Out by 2013

Chris Dodd just became the first candidate to say he'd bring all troops out of Iraq by 2013.

Joe Biden would make a commitment to have all troops out by 2013 if there is no political solution in Iraq. Otherwise, he won't go as far as Dodd.
