Computer Security Consulting president James Scholz becomes the third Republican to file for U.S. Congress against Rep. Ike Skelton in the 4th Congressional District.CQ reports Scholz has filed paperwork with the Federal Election Commission to run.
He also confirmed his 2010 campaign on his Twitter page.
Vicky Hartlzer and Sen. Bill Stouffer are also confirmed candidates in the race to replace Ike.
