After months of organizing and raising money, auctioneer Billy Long delivered his first major speech as a candidate for Congress Sunday, blasting government intervention in healthcare and the economy and pledging to term-limit himself if elected.
Long's campaign is based on the bet that conservatives are tired of sending the same resumes to D.C. and getting the same results.
He also took a pledge to serve just 12 years in the U.S. House. That's equivalent to six terms.
