O'Neal, a former councilman, has raked in $51,495 for his campaign as of Thursday.
Donegan, head of the Springfield Metro Republican Club, has taken in just $5,434.

With less than 5 days left until the election, O'Neal has $7,621 left to spend. Donegan has $986.
O'Neal filed two amended reports Thursday, reporting $5,600 in recent donations.
He also noted a $200 expenditure to school board candidate Andy Hosmer, and $1000 for video billboards. Developer Mark Gardner and Attorney Joe Passanise are also listed as recent contributors to O'Neal.
O'Neal is widely favored to win Tuesday's election.
A forum for all City Council candidates will be held Thursday night at 7 p.m. at the Fusion Center on 1321 N. Campbell.
