The Democratic nominee for Governor will highlight his economic plan in two speeches in Springfield Tuesday.***
First, Jay Nixon speaks to the Missouri Municipal League at 11 a.m. at University Plaza. He then faces the Springfield Chamber of Commerce at 2 p.m.
