STATE G.O.P. RESPONDS TO ZWEIFEL:
"Zweifel prefers the old way of cutting and withholding education funding from our students, schools, colleges and universities. Great ad by Jeff.
Jay says we have three strong candidates. I am not trying to be a smarty pants here but I assume he is saying Jeff is one of those unless he is talking about Molly Williams or Mike Gibbons. He has made a lot of positive comments about Jeff in the past so I would think he didn't feel the need to get into anything specific. I don't think he has said positive things about the others in the past. And what is he going to say bad things about either of them and irritate their supporters. Good ad by Jeff. And smart to associate with Jay.
Jeff got the Star endorsement today. The only candidate to get an endorsement outside of the candidate's hometown. Who can really tell you who is going to win but I do think Jeff is the favorite.
I think there was a compliment for Jeff. He starts out by saying we have three great candidates. And he has said a bunch of nice specific stuff about Jeff previously.
