Democratic candidate for Attorney General Jeff Harris announced today that his campaign will not file a hardship with the Missouri Ethics commission seeking to keep excessive contributions.Harris also called on all other statewide candidates to abide by the Missouri Ethics Commission's decision.
"Anyone running to be the chief law enforcement official in the state should honor both the letter and spirit of the law," said Harris. "Missourians want leadership, not candidates who seek to skirt the law by exploiting legal loopholes for their own personal gain," Harris said.
"I challenge every statewide candidate and certainly every Attorney General candidate to join me in declining an attempt to evade the law by filing a hardship with the ethics commission," said Harris. "I have long championed campaign contribution limits as a way of limiting the influence of special interests in government, which makes this decision an easy one."

You would think that just once Koster would act like a Democrat and return the money. Especially now that he claims to be a Democrat.
