38% of Missourians approve of the job President Bush is doing this October, according to new SurveyUSA tracking poll.
Bush has dropped 4 points since the September poll.
Independents disapprove of the President by a 58%-36% margin. Here in the Ozarks, voters are divided 48%-48%. He wins the Central region by 2 points, and predictably loses St. Louis and Kansas City. Gun owners are also divided on W. 48%-48%.
The poll surveyed 600 Missourians and has a margin of error of +/- 4 percent.
