I do the math:there are more republican incumbents in SW MO than democrats.Dake and Lampe are the only to democratic reps from SW MO that I know of off hand.If there is a political story out there, more than likely it will involve a republican.It also appears that more republican seats will be decided in the primary because there are no democrat candidates in some areas.All this leads to more coverage of repubican missteps, not to say that the democrats don't make missteps also. The party in power is always more visible.
