Lightning Round

Tim Russert wants to demonstrate the power of 30 seconds. The campaigns spend millions on 30-second ads. Now they get to answer questions in 30 seconds.

These rounds are usually are more predictable than expected, but they do test the discipline of a candidate the the crispness of his or her message.

Russert asks Biden about MoveOn.org.

Joe Biden says he doesn't think MoveOn.org has changed politics. But he does think they have done good things on certain issues.
